Registration information

You will need to have your child present for registration, as we would like to get him weighed in prior to assigning him to a team, and it’s a good idea to let the coaches meet him as well.

Please make sure you bring the following:

• Participant Contract
• Medical Forms
• Parental Contract
• End of Year Report Card (Not due until June)
• Photo of your player
• Copy of original birth certificate
• Fee payment

Please note, we have a maximum player limit for each team and they will be filling up fast. Boys ages 5 - 13 are welcome to join our team, as we will be providing teams for 5 divisions this year. Tiny Mites, Mitey Mites, Jr. PeeWee, PeeWee and Jr. Midgets.

Parents: If you have a helmet or shoulder pads from previous years in good condition that your child can no longer use, bring it with you to registration! We are offering $25 towards your fees for helmets and $20 for shoulder pads.

These items will then be available through the team to other parents whose children might need them.  We will be selling these items after inspecting them for safety.
